The property is located close to Cala Sapone Cove, in the Island of Sant'Antioco.

This area boasts a wide range of typically Mediterranean natural habitats, most of which are still very much unspoilt. The coast, edged by lagoons and pine forests where interesting botanical species and fauna dwell, is a continuous line of white beaches and rocks forming a sheer drop down to the crystal-clear sea below. Inland, there are vast areas of Mediterranean copse and oak woods.

There is also a rich archaeological heritage that includes settlements of the first inhabitants of the island, nuraghe, the typical Sardinian houses dating back to the Bronze Age and large Punic and Roman cities. Important industrial archaeological remains are to be found in the Iglesiente mining area that has been exploited since the Roman times and will give rise to the first Geomining Park in the world constituted under the patronage of UNESCO.

The Villa is surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, in a scenic, quiet, 500 m far as the crow flies and the apartment has sea views from the beautiful beach of Cala Sapone and, a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Island.

The three-family villa can accommodate in three separate accommodations from 1 to 15 persons.

The apartment can accomodate from 2 to 7 persons and consists of kitchen-living room with sofa bed (for two persons), satellite TV (free channels only), 4 burner stove, refrigerator, dishes, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine, table and chairs; bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and hair dryer, king size bedroom (extra single bed possible), at the basement (bright and with a indipendent entry) there is another king size bedroom.

Covered veranda with outdoor lounge area, table and chairs for breakfast and dinner in peace, additional covered veranda with table and benches in wood, in common with the other apartments to spend pleasant evenings in the company. Barbecue shared with the other two apartments. The house is surrounded by a large garden with trees offering ample shade for relaxing after a day at sea, is equipped with lighting and ample parking.

At the Camping far 1 km from home and a few meters from the beach you can enjoy the facilities like restaurant, pizzeria, bar and mini-market for newspapers and fresh food. The sea is 500 m far as the crow flies and the apartment has sea views, the beach of Cala Sapone is 1,250 m long half-white (in good condition) and half asphalt.

For relaxation, tranquility and a wonderful sea view, you've found the place that is' for you.

Prices are included with charges of energy, water and gas.

Final cleaning costs € 100. Final cleaning in case of pets costs € 130.

City tax equal to € 1,00 per person per night, must be paid at the arrival. Children under 10 years old are exempt.

Security deposit requested: € 100 up to 4 people; € 150 up to 6 people; € 175 up to 7 people; In case of pets + € 100.

Children from 0-3 years are free of charge.

Pets: costs € 15 each per night, these must be regularly vaccinated and provided with insurance for damages to third parties.

Extra charges of € 20,00 for late check-in after 10:00 P.M.

Extra charges of € 20,00 for earlier check-out before 07:00 A.M.

Sheets and towels for rent: € 15 per person per week for the sheets and € 15 per person per week for the towels. Sheets kit include pillowcases, fitted sheet above and below (single or double). Towels kit include: bath towel, face, guest, bath mat (each 2 persons).

Extra charges for short-stay up to 5 nights: + 15% on the price. Final cleaning excluded.

To confirm the reservation is required a confirmatory deposit of 50% by bank transfer. The balance is due upon arrival, upon delivery of the apartment keys, by cash (until the amount of € 4'999,99) or cashier's check (no bank account checks).

Cancellation / annulation:

In case of cancellation / annulation of the booking between 59 days and 1 day prior the day of arrival, the confirmatory deposit paid will be fully withhold.

In case of cancellation / annulation of the booking up to 60 days prior the day of arrival, the confirmatory deposit paid will be fully refunded net of bank charges for the bank transfer.

“Not refundable” bookings:

For “Not refundable” bookings it's requested at the time of booking a total pre-payment equal to 100% of the total of stay. The payment must be done by bank transfer within 3 days of the sending of the confirmation of availability. In case of changes, cancellation, late arrival, early departure, no show will be fully withhold the 100% of the amount paid.

The minimum stay required for stays on a mid-August holiday is 14 nights.

The rates shown in this table are indicative and are subject to confirmation by us.

Special conditions for cancellation policies due to Covid-19:

If, due to national and / or regional regulatory provisions which have occurred, interregional travel is prohibited for the dates indicated in the booking, free cancellation will be granted even if this occurs during the penalty period, the same applies in the event of a duly certified coronavirus positivity of the booker during the 10 days prior the arrival.

The confirmatory deposit already paid may be refunded in accordance with the provisions of Article 88 of Italian Law Decree no. 18 of 2020 and article 28 of Italian Law Decree no. 9 of 2020, by means of a 12-month voucher. For all other cases, the relevant cancellation conditions are valid.

Offer valable for arrivals between the 15th April 2024 and the 31st October 2024, for a minimum stay of 7 nights (15 nights in the middle of august) and for reservations made within the 01st Mars 2024. In case of cancellation / annulation of the booking between 89 days and 1 day prior the day of arrival, the confirmatory deposit paid will be fully withhold. In case of cancellation / annulation of the booking up to 90 days prior the day of arrival, the confirmatory deposit paid will be fully refunded net of bank charges for the bank transfer.

Offer "Summer 2024" – Pre-paid “Not Refundable” rates:

Discount equal to 5% on the total of stay (excluded city tax) with the pre-paid “Not Refundable” rates. Offer valable for arrivals between the 15th April 2024 and the 31st October 2024, for a minimum stay of 7 nights (15 nights in the middle of august) and for reservations made within the 01st Mars 2024. Pre-paid “Not Refundable rates: In case of modify, cancellation/annulation, delayed arrival, early departure, no show will be fully withhold the 100% of the amount paid.
